All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. TinyTot Club does not store or have access to your payment card information.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets as supported by Razorpay. All transactions are subject to bank and payment gateway terms.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. The payment status will be updated in your account within 24 hours.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, please retry after some time. For persistent issues, contact your bank or our support team. No amount will be deducted for failed transactions.
Fee Structure
All fees are as communicated by the playschool administration. Fee amounts, due dates, and payment schedules are set by the school and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Late Payments
Late payment charges may apply as per the school policy. Students may be restricted from certain activities if fees are overdue beyond the grace period.
Liability
TinyTot Club acts as a facilitator for payment processing and is not liable for any disputes regarding fee amounts, school policies, or educational services.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and monitored for fraud prevention.
